These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of alphawolflab.us and any purchase you make from Alpha Wolf Labs LLC (“Alpha Wolf Labs”, “we”, “us”). By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
You may use this site and purchase products only if you are at least 21 years of age, are a qualified researcher or acting on behalf of a research institution, and are purchasing solely for lawful laboratory research purposes.
You confirm each of these when you enter the site and again when you place an order. Providing false confirmation is a material breach of these terms.
All products sold by Alpha Wolf Labs LLC are intended strictly for laboratory and in-vitro research use by qualified professionals. They are not drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or food products, and are not approved by the FDA for human or veterinary use, consumption, or application of any kind. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Any indication that you intend to use a product for human or veterinary application will result in the order being cancelled and the account closed.
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we dispatch the products. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including where verification cannot be completed, where we cannot lawfully ship to the destination, or where we believe the order is not for lawful research use.
We take reasonable care to describe products accurately, but We take care to price and describe everything accurately, but errors happen. Where a price or description is obviously wrong, we are not obliged to supply at the incorrect price. We will contact you, tell you what the error was, and give you the choice of confirming the order at the corrected price or cancelling it for a full refund. Nothing is dispatched at a corrected price without your agreement.
Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and exclude shipping and applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
Payment must clear before dispatch. Where you are the importer of record, duties and import taxes are your responsibility and are not included in the price paid at checkout.
Dispatch, packaging, transit and the handling disclaimer are governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.
All content on this site — text, images, data, Certificates of Analysis, branding and the Alpha Wolf Labs name and logo — is owned by or licensed to Alpha Wolf Labs LLC and may not be reproduced or used commercially without written permission. You may download and retain Certificates of Analysis for your own research records.
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend or close any account that breaches these terms.
We warrant that products conform to the identity and purity stated on the Certificate of Analysis for their batch at the time of dispatch. That is the entirety of the warranty we give.
We give no warranty, express or implied, as to fitness for any particular purpose, merchantability, or suitability for any application beyond lawful laboratory research. No warranty survives any use of a product other than that use, or any storage outside the stated conditions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alpha Wolf Labs LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data or research output, arising from the use of this site or any product purchased from it.
Our total aggregate liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
You agree to indemnify Alpha Wolf Labs LLC against any claim, loss or liability arising from your breach of these terms, your use or handling of the products, or any use of a product other than lawful laboratory research.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you place an order. Material changes will be reflected in the last-updated date at the top of this page.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and the federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in California have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
Disputes are not subject to mandatory arbitration. Please contact us first — most matters are resolved directly, and we would rather fix a problem than argue about it.
