Research Use Only (RUO) Policy

The condition on which every product on this site is sold.

This is the most important document on our site. It sets out the sole basis on which Alpha Wolf Labs LLC supplies its products, and it forms part of our Terms of Service. Read it before you order.

1. Research Use Only Statement

All products sold by Alpha Wolf Labs LLC are intended strictly for laboratory and in-vitro research use by qualified professionals. They are not drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or food products, and are not approved by the FDA for human or veterinary use, consumption, or application of any kind. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. By purchasing from this site, you confirm that you are a qualified researcher or research institution, that you are purchasing solely for lawful research purposes, and that you accept full responsibility for compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations governing the handling of research chemicals.

This statement is reproduced verbatim on our homepage, at checkout and in our Terms of Service. Where any summary of it appears elsewhere, this version governs.

2. Prohibited Uses

The following are prohibited without exception, and any of them is a material breach of our Terms of Service:

Administration to, or use on or in, any human being — including yourself
Administration to, or use on or in, any animal
Any diagnostic, therapeutic, preventative or cosmetic application
Use as, or incorporation into, a food, beverage, supplement or cosmetic product
Resale or supply to any person who is not a qualified researcher
Any use prohibited by federal, state or local law in your jurisdiction

3. We Do Not Provide Use Guidance

We supply research materials and the analytical data describing them. We do not provide dosing information, administration protocols, reconstitution guidance for human or veterinary use, or advice of any kind about use in humans or animals.

Our support team is instructed not to answer questions of that nature, and no answer given by any representative should be construed as authorising a use prohibited by section 2.

4. Buyer Responsibility

Once a product is delivered, responsibility for its safe handling, storage, use and disposal passes to you. You are responsible for ensuring that anyone who handles it is suitably trained, that it is used in an appropriate laboratory setting, and that all applicable law and institutional policy is followed.

5. Enforcement

We may decline any order, cancel any order, and close any account where we believe the products are not being purchased for lawful laboratory research. We do this at our sole discretion and we do not have to explain the decision.

Where an order is cancelled on these grounds it is refunded in full.

6. Liability

Alpha Wolf Labs LLC accepts no liability for loss, injury or damage arising from any use of its products other than the lawful laboratory research use for which they are supplied. The limitation of liability in our Terms of Service applies in full.
