Where do I find my batch number?

It is printed on the vial label, and repeated on your order confirmation email and the packing slip in your parcel.

No. Certificates are published openly and can be searched by anyone, including before you place an order. Verifying purity before you buy is the entire point of publishing them.

Check the number against the vial label first — a mistyped character is the usual cause. If it still returns nothing, contact support with your order number and the batch number and we will send the certificate directly.

Yes. Each product page links the certificate for the batch currently in stock, so you can read it before adding anything to the cart.

Contact us immediately with your order number, the batch number and photographs of the vial and its label. A product that is materially outside the specification on its certificate is replaced or refunded in full, including shipping.

Certificates stay published and searchable indefinitely, including after a batch has sold out, so you can always re-check the documentation for material you already hold.
