Yes, provided it has not yet been dispatched. Orders placed before 2PM EST are dispatched the same working day, so contact us as quickly as possible. Once a parcel is with the carrier it cannot be recalled.
Some orders are held so we can confirm billing details or that the order is for lawful research use. We will email you if anything is needed. Orders that cannot be verified are cancelled and refunded in full.

Orders placed and paid for before 2:00PM EST are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after the cut-off, at weekends or on public holidays are dispatched the next working day.

Yes. All parcels ship in plain, unbranded outer packaging with no product names or descriptions on the exterior.
We currently ship within the United States only, and do not accept international orders. Where offered, the customer is the importer of record and is responsible for duties, import taxes and confirming the products may lawfully be imported.
Tracking updates when the carrier scans the parcel, which can be several hours after dispatch. If it has not updated for 5 working days, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is the report from an independent, accredited laboratory confirming a batch’s identity and purity. Ours are produced using HPLC and Mass Spectrometry and state the batch number, test date, method and result.
Every product page links the COA for the batch currently in stock, and you can search any batch number on our COA lookup page. The batch number is printed on the vial label.
No. Certificates are published openly — no request form and no waiting. Verifying purity before you buy is the entire point of publishing them.
We release material at 99%+ purity as confirmed by third-party HPLC. Nothing ships until purity and identity are confirmed, and the exact figure for your batch is on its COA.
Every batch is tested by Janoshik Analytical, an independent third-party laboratory, using HPLC for purity and mass spectrometry for identity. The report for your batch is published on this site and can be searched by batch number.
Follow the storage conditions stated on the product page and the Certificate of Analysis for that compound. Our packaging protects stability in transit; storage after delivery is the responsibility of the receiving researcher.

Unopened products in original sealed packaging may be returnable within 14 days, subject to approval and a Return Authorisation. Opened, used or seal-broken products cannot be returned, because we cannot verify their storage conditions once they have left our control. Full detail is in the Return & Refund Policy.
We will replace or refund it in full including shipping. Photograph the outer packaging, the vial and its label before disposing of anything, and contact us within 7 days of delivery.
