The affiliate programme is open to registered account holders who meet the conditions in our Terms of Service — at least 21 years of age and purchasing or promoting solely for lawful laboratory research.
Wholesale, bulk and institutional purchase-order accounts are handled separately and are not eligible to earn affiliate commission.
You earn commission on the product value of qualifying orders placed through your referral link. Commission is not earned on shipping or tax, and it posts to your account when the order is marked complete.
Commission accrues in your affiliate dashboard. Payouts are made once your balance reaches the minimum threshold; the payout method and schedule are confirmed on your dashboard. Self-referrals do not qualify.
A referral is attributed for up to 360 days from the first click on your link. Commission on an order that is later refunded or cancelled is reversed.
Commission has no value until it is approved and paid, cannot be transferred between accounts, and may be withheld where we reasonably suspect fraudulent or abusive referral activity.
We will give at least 30 days notice by email before changing the commission rate, payout terms or tier thresholds. Commission already approved is not affected.
